OUR STORY

The story of Mr. Crab is a tale of family passion and a love for great food. The founders – Óscar Martínez, his wife Norma Martínez, and his brother Carlos Martínez – grew up in an environment where food was a way to bring everyone together. They had always loved seafood, and one day, almost spontaneously, they decided to cook seafood at home just for the joy of cooking together. What started as a simple family dinner turned into a revelation – the flavors were so amazing that they all agreed they had something special on their hands. That’s when the idea was born: why not share this experience with the community?

Combining the experience of all three of them – knowledge of cooking, customer service, and management – they decided it was time to open their own restaurant. That’s how Mr. Crab came to life: a family restaurant born from their combined skills and passion for sharing great seafood with everyone. Today, Mr. Crab is known for its fresh seafood and welcoming atmosphere, a reflection of the founders’ dedication and the warmth of their family spirit.
